About Bright, IN - Happy to be your hometown Heating & Air Conditioning Contractor!

Bright is an unincorporated community located in Indiana’s Dearborn County. As of 2010, about 5,700 people were residing in this Cincinnati exurb. Bright is located in the northeastern portion of the county within Miller, Harrison, and Logan Townships. Harrison, Ohio is found about four miles away, while downtown Cincinnati is only about 27 miles to the east.

As a small community, there are few attractions located here, although there are several notable businesses. These include Bright New Image and Tanning Salon, Bright Corner First Bright Dental, LA Sweets and Gourmet Shop, and the Bright Chiropractic Clinic. Visitors and residents may like to stop at one of the community’s top restaurants, including More Bar & Grille, the Jade Café, and Skyline Chili. Golf is also available in neighboring communities that are only a short drive away, including Robins Nest Par 3 and Driving Range in Harrison, OH or Sugar Ridge Golf Club in Lawrenceburg.

Bright area residents will need to have their home climate control systems at the ready at all times of the year, as weather conditions vary quite dramatically with the seasons. During the summer months, outdoor recreation is quite popular due to the sunny and warm conditions, but about 20 days per year experience hot temperatures that exceed 90 degrees. The area is also very humid, which can make temperatures unbearable at times, so it is crucial that residents have a place that is cooled down with a central air conditioning unit in which to find solace.

During the winter, weather is quite different. Average high temperatures in January – the coldest month – reach only about 38 degrees. Overnight lows fall well below freezing, and with about 22 inches of precipitation each season, this can make conditions both indoors and outdoors quite dangerous. The right furnace will keep residents safe while ensuring that pipes and plumbing do not freeze.
